Innovation Summit Dublin 2027

Innovation Summit Dublin 2027 brings together medical device startups, investors and strategics for three days of partnering and networking, running April 27 to 29, 2027, at The Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, Ireland.

For Canadian medtech companies, Dublin offers a supported entry point into the European market. Ireland hosts the international headquarters for major medtech multinationals, including Medtronic, giving Canadian companies direct access to European decision-makers. Past editions have also included sessions on EU regulatory pathways such as IVDR and MDR compliance, the CE marking route Canadian companies need for European market access, distinct from Health Canada’s requirements, though that programming isn’t yet confirmed for 2027 specifically.

The format centres on pre-screened companies delivering short stage presentations, followed by private breakout meetings with investors and strategics, alongside keynote speakers and panel discussions.
