MEDICA returns to Düsseldorf, Germany, November 16 to 19, 2026, as one of the world’s largest medical technology trade fairs, drawing buyers, distributors and decision-makers from across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Held alongside COMPAMED, the fair spans medical imaging, health IT, laboratory equipment, diagnostics and digital health.

The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service supports Canadian companies attending through a dedicated Canada Pavilion, a networking reception marking Canada-Germany milestones, structured B2B matchmaking with German industry partners, and an Export Café for one-on-one time with Trade Commissioners covering European markets. The program is open to Canadian medtech, medical device, digital health and diagnostics companies, including startups working in medical imaging.
